I noticed the A/C had stopped working a couple years ago. I called another local company I found in the phonebook and they sent a couple guys out and... Long-story-short... they said it was going to be expensive and they didn't really know whether the leak was in the coil or the line or ..." and they charged me $60 for the visit, but never bothered to even offer to give me a quote for the cost of fixing it. Based on that complete lack of information, I decided I couldn't afford to fix it that year and bought a window unit to get us by until sometime in the future. Fast forward to Spring 2012: I mentioned this to my friend, John Colby of FMS, and he recommended you guys. You called me back. You sent out a professional who discussed my options. You sent me a detailed quote with various options. You answered my calls and emails.
You answered my questions. The team you sent out to do the work was very professional. You were here when you said you would be. You did the work you said you would. I love the system. I have since called you about a couple completely unrelated things - again, you call me back; you send out the right guy to solve the problem; he was here when he says he would be, etc., etc. In the past, I have called a plumber a couple times. I guess business is booming, because they never call me back.
The first A/C Company I tried to deal with had no clue about tax incentives for HVAC systems. You guys went above and beyond to get me that information. At first we thought they had expired. But when I heard the new tax law changes might have changed that, again, you were way ahead of me with that information. What can I say about DMI? They call me back. They are here when they say they will be. They do the work they say they will do. And they continue to call me back when I need them.
